last night amanda, cayman and i went to the 40 Watt to see sean mcconnell.  great music, great people, great night.  on the agenda for next week: ingrid michaelson at the melting point.

oh, the other night one of my roomies upstairs in the nook, lauren, tucked me in for bed and told me a sweet little bed time story after mummifying me inside my sheets.  it was about a catepillar who squirmed through something sticky.  that something sticky was a piece of gum.  the final line in the story: “wait, have you ever really stopped to think about it?  for a human gum is no big deal…but for a catepillar, it would get stuck and that’s a BIG deal.”  so when the going gets tough, just be grateful you aren’t stuck in gum.
