proverbs 3:11 and 12.
on tuesday i accidentally spent all day in the slc. literally. i learned you can’t get your car out of the tate deck for free until after 11 if you parked it there at 7:30 that morning. that’s silly. then wednesday my car battery died and AAA came to jump it. the man who came is the same man who towed my car last year and has a clown business. REPEAT: he is a clown on the side. the other day he asked me if i smoked and wanted to go take a cigarette break with him. ummm, no thanks. i got hit on by a clown. yep. now thats really silly. then i took my car to the shop where a person was walking around lifting hub caps as weights and when his phone would ring he would pull it out and listen to the rap song, bob his head and then pick it up. it was silly too. then i learned my car radiator was/ is dead as a doorknob. the silliness continues. and that same night i drove amanda’s car to the slc and got pulled over by a nice policeman who wanted to inform me that my lights weren’t on (dang it for normally driving with automatic lights and not knowing how to use the darned things) and my tag was expired. i wanted to cry tears of laughter because this whole day had been one silly thing after the other.
last night we had a bonfire. it was great…let the celebrating of seasons continue.
